Yes!  Each tour is customized to meet the needs of your individual group.  We start by asking a few specific questions, such as the types of wine you like, whether you have any particular wineries you'd like to see, are you visiting purely for the pleasure of tasting or are you collecting wine and if you are a first time visitor or an experienced wine country traveler.  We will use the information you give us to plan your unique experience.

Napa Valley, Sonoma Valley, Alexander Valley, Russian River, and Dry Creek are the most popular.

Because each tour is unique, your pick up location and the number of hours you request will determine the rate.  We are very competitive with other specialized tour companies in the Wine Country and we will strive for your business.

We do not add gratuity to the bill like other companies do.  Gratuity is at your discretion and always most appreciated.

Yes!  All tours are specific to YOU!  You will have your own private vehicle and tour guide.  We do not offer "mixed" group tours.

No.  Tasting fees , wine and food purchases are separate from the Eclectic Tour Rate.

Lunch can be a picnic, chefs prepared at the winery, gourmet catered lunch boxes or possibly a formal sit-down at any of th areas world class restaurants.  We are happy to make reservations or place the orders for you.  Options are endless!

Please let us know any and all dietary restrictions or requirements.  First names of each guest will be required by the chefs for catered lunches.  We provide bottled water in our vehicles for all tours.

Typically, you will visit 3 to 4 wineries.  In the case of a tour that is booked with appointments for private tastings, we would need to stay on schedule.

In many cases, yes, but the schedules of owners and winemakers are not predictable, so they may not always be available.  We generally choose wineries that are off the beaten path, where you will receive the attention you deserve.

Absolutely!  There is nothing better than traveling to dinner in style!  We are also very happy to make your reservations at any of the regions world class restaurants.

Yes!  The certificate will be specifically printed and addressed to the recipient of your choice.

We have a 72 hour cancellation policy, except during the high season of August 15th to November 15th, where cancellation policy is 14 days.  We ask for a credit card number to reserve your special day and there is a non refundable deposit of $100.  If you cancel within the 72 hour time frame (or 14 days  during high season dates), the full minimum charge will be billed to you credit card unless we are able to reschedule a replacement tour.
